Prohibited / Restricted items will be subject to destruction, non – collection, delay or return. If a Prohibited, and Restricted item is collected and then later returned. There will be no refund of carriage will be given. return charges will be applicable. In the event of damage, a Prohibited / Restricted item may be discarded depending on the condition of the parcel. No warranty will apply to prohibited / restricted items, if you have selected warranty protection for such items then the warranty will be void and no claims for loss or damage can be submitted for prohibited / restricted items.

No shipment containing illicit drugs will be accepted.
Dangerous Weapons
Offensive armaments like flick knives are not allowed.
Self-Defence
Sending defensive sprays like pepper spray or CS gas is prohibited.
Fragrances or colognes
Perfumes are not included among permissible items.
Batteries and cells
Batteries are not allowed in shipments.
Diamonds
The trading of unprocessed diamonds is strictly prohibited.
Plant and Animal products
No plant or animal products and food items are entertained.
Alcohol Restriction
The inclusion of any form of alcohol in shipping baggage is strictly prohibited and not permitted.
Hazardous Items
Items classified as dangerous goods, such as explosives/fireworks, radioactive materials, deactivated or replica weapons, swords, knives, weapons, and flammables/fire extinguishers, are strictly prohibited.
Antiques and Valuables
Transportation of high-value items, including works of art, antiques, precious stones, gold, and silver, is subject to restrictions. This category also encompasses jewellery, watches, and other precious metals and stones.
Currency and Financial Items
Transporting items such as currency, credit cards, checks, bank cards, or any form of money or tickets of any kind is subject to restrictions.

- White goods – fridges, ovens, stoves, cook tops, Microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning units etc.
- Property that the carriage which is prohibited in any law regulation or statute of any federal, state or local government of any country to or through which the consignment may be carried.
